Mason & Jeff’s wedding in Boulder, Colorado was one of our all-time favorites. The venue, Greystone Castle, provided a beautiful blank slate for us to play with. We decided to nestle their intimate ceremony into the tall grasses with views of the foothills in the distance. Guests sipped cocktails in the garden and enjoyed nibbles from one of the most robust charcuterie grazing tables we’ve ever seen – complete with fresh floral accents, local honey and produce grown directly onsite. For the reception, we constructed a “residential feeling” clear-top tent with soft draping, twinkling lights and a beautiful floral and chandelier canopy over the dance floor. Lounges and fire pits complete with plush throws created warm seating areas for guests to gather and chat, while the outdoor patio further immersed them into their surroundings. We had so much fun planning and designing Mason & Jeff’s beautiful fall wedding day!
One of our favorite details was this beautiful escort display, complete with custom wallpaper and a beautiful floral installation. Inside each envelope was a hand-written note from the bride and groom to each and every guest, as well as a polaroid image of the bride & groom with each guest at various moments in their lives. Guests absolutely loved this personal touch, and it was a great way to infuse their wedding day with personality and love.
